Site survey fees and project credits
The discovery call is free. If you authorize a paid site survey and choose to stop after the completed survey, ECO Energy retains the survey fee. If you proceed with the monitoring project, we credit the full survey payment to your project account. If the survey shows that we cannot meet the proposal’s guarantee terms, the survey fee is waived under the sample agreement. Survey and installation timelines depend on the project.
