Ask about funding and shared-savings options

Best.Energy describes a Zero CapEx approach in which qualifying projects pay through energy savings. Its published process begins with a site survey, savings projections and an implementation decision.

Ask ECO Energy whether a comparable option is available for your property. Eligibility, payment terms, included equipment, measurement methods and service commitments must be confirmed in a project proposal. No specific financing or savings percentage is promised by this page.

What Zero CapEx means in the reference program

Best.Energy describes a model in which qualifying projects pay through energy savings rather than an initial capital purchase. Its process includes a site survey, savings projection and implementation decision.

What to establish in writing

  • Whether the property qualifies and which costs are included.
  • Who owns the equipment and who maintains it.
  • How savings, payments and contract length are calculated.
  • What service, monitoring and controls are included.
  • What happens if usage changes or savings differ from projections.

ECO Energy must confirm available options for your property. This description does not promise financing approval, a particular contract structure or a savings percentage.

Connectivity and data security

What should our IT team review?

The supplied Eniscope guidance describes deployments using a dedicated cellular router, with Air devices connected through a separate LoRa radio network. The appropriate design depends on the equipment and services selected.

Before installation, ECO Energy will help coordinate a review of the proposed connectivity, any control functions, user permissions and the manufacturer’s current data-handling documentation with your team.

Request current confirmation of transport encryption, cloud hosting, retention, support access and incident-response arrangements. The supplied background document is not treated as a current security certification or a guarantee of complete isolation.
