Project payments and cancellations
Your signed proposal lists the estimated start and completion windows, any materials-based deposit and progress payments, and the balance due at completion. If you cancel before materials are ordered or work begins, we refund the full deposit. After that, we itemize documented nonrecoverable material costs and work performed and refund any unused deposit balance. If ECO Shield cancels before performing work or delivering materials, we refund the full deposit.
