Condition and repairs
Moisture concerns, damaged areas, seams, fasteners, penetrations and drainage may require attention before restoration.

What to look for in your proposal
- The roof areas and restoration system included.
- Preparation, testing and repair scope.
- Materials, application requirements and installation labor.
- Site access, work arrangements and anticipated schedule.
- Proposed warranty, exclusions and maintenance obligations.
- Project price, payment terms and any separately identified work.
Restoration or replacement?
Restoration may be appropriate when the existing roof can support a compatible system after preparation and repairs. Extensive moisture damage, structural concerns or a failed roof assembly may call for another approach.
The evaluation comes before a system recommendation. We’ll explain the findings and discuss your options rather than base the decision on square footage alone.
