How a restoration project works
1. Evaluate
Review the existing roof, drainage, seams, penetrations, moisture concerns and project goals.
2. Plan
Recommend repairs, preparation and a compatible system; provide a project-specific scope and estimate.
3. Prepare and restore
Complete specified repairs and cleaning, perform required testing, then apply the selected materials to the manufacturer’s specification.
4. Document
Review the completed work and provide applicable manufacturer warranty information and maintenance guidance.
