Billing, cancellations and refunds
There is no setup fee. Service activates after we receive the first payment in full, with monthly billing based on your selected package. Request cancellation in writing at least one month before your intended end date. We confirm your final billing and service dates in writing. Service continues through the final paid period, with no proration for voluntary mid-period cancellations. We refund duplicate or incorrect charges, refund the first payment in full if we cannot activate service, and refund the unused prepaid portion if we end service early.
