Terms of Service

Welcome to Wissota Brass, a division of ECO Group, Inc. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Wissota Brass website pages and purchases of products or processing services from us. By using these services or placing an accepted order, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
1. Quotes, Orders & Acceptance
Our website currently uses quote requests and an inquiry cart. Adding an item to the cart, sending an inquiry or receiving an automatic acknowledgment does not place an order, reserve inventory or create a confirmed sale. An order is accepted when Wissota Brass confirms the products or services, specifications, quantity, price, payment arrangements and fulfillment terms in writing.
We may decline an inquiry or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, an error, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. If we cancel an unfulfilled order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount due for the canceled portion.
2. Age & Legal Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, or any higher minimum age required where you live, to place an order. Our age check is a self-declaration. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use are lawful. We may request additional information when needed to complete an order lawfully.
3. Previously Fired Brass & Product Descriptions
Brass sold by Wissota Brass is previously fired and may come from wholesale suppliers or indoor and outdoor range pickup. We do not sell new brass or loaded ammunition. “Once fired” describes an assumption or source designation; firing history is not verified and cases may have been fired more than once.
Processed brass means the preparation stages specified for that lot or order. Wissota Brass sells processed brass only. Cleaning alone does not mean full processing. Primer status, headstamp, condition and any special specifications are confirmed separately. Caliber names are separate designations and do not establish interchangeability.
Reported lots and bin-label counts are not guarantees of current inventory. Confirm availability before payment.
4. Customer-Supplied Processing
For processing-only work, you supply the cases and pay for the agreed services. Published processing rates exclude purchasing brass, primers, shipping and any separately quoted services. Contact us before sending cases so we can confirm the caliber, material acceptance, requested work, specifications, charges and turnaround.
You must accurately identify your shipment and securely package it with your contact information. Send only the material we have agreed to accept. Do not include loaded ammunition or live primers unless we have separately agreed to a lawful, appropriate arrangement. If unsuitable material or an unexpected issue is identified, we will contact you about how to proceed.
5. Used Equipment
Used-equipment offers apply only to the specific item, disclosed condition and included accessories identified in the accepted order. Review photographs and descriptions and ask about operation, compatibility, pickup and shipping before purchasing.
6. Pricing, Errors & Payment
Published prices may change for future orders. We will disclose the applicable price, tax, shipping and other agreed charges before you pay. Changes to an accepted order require agreement. If we discover an error, we will provide corrected information and the option to proceed or cancel the affected unfulfilled portion for the refund required by law.
You agree to provide accurate information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment is arranged through the method confirmed with your order. Products will not ship until the required payment has been received and processed.
7. Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Confirmed in-stock orders follow the published shipment timeframe; custom work follows the timeline agreed in the quote. Carrier transit time is separate from order-processing time.
Products are sold as is and sales are final except for any remedy required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. Contact us promptly about damage, an incorrect item or a quality concern. Nothing in these Terms removes legally required cancellation, refund or consumer rights.
8. Product Use & Safety
Use products and equipment only for their intended purpose, in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable law. Reloading involves inherent risks. Customers are responsible for safe inspection, handling, storage and use, and for selecting components and specifications appropriate to their intended application. Follow current information from reputable manufacturers.
9. Affiliate Links & Third Parties
Some equipment links and codes may provide a benefit to Wissota Brass. Any stated customer benefit and referral arrangement apply as disclosed with that offer. Purchases made from a third-party manufacturer or seller are governed by that seller’s terms, availability and policies.
10. Website Content
Our original website content belongs to ECO Group, Inc. or its licensors. Third-party logos, photographs, trademarks and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce protected content without authorization from the appropriate rights holder.
11. Warranties & Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS IDENTIFIED AS “AS IS” ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS COMMITMENTS IN AN ACCEPTED ORDER OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, WISSOTA BRASS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Website information may contain errors, interruptions or inaccuracies. No statement here overrides an express warranty we provide or any applicable manufacturer warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, ECO Group, Inc. and Wissota Brass are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from website use or product misuse. This provision does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
12. Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of products or your material violation of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be transferred.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, request a quote or communicate with us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought in courts with proper jurisdiction; this provision does not remove any nonwaivable right to use another legally required forum.
15. Updates
We may update these Terms and will identify the revised effective date. New versions apply prospectively and do not change an already accepted order without agreement or a legal requirement.
